Repainting the traffic lines on the road was a way for the Chinese man who was fed up with passing his time sitting for many hours in the traffic while commuting on the bus. The man aged 28 years being known with the surname of Cai was arrested by the police for his actions but later on, he was released but after paying a fine for it.
