Face mask to be mandatory on planes in US till September

Even as United States has vaccinated a large part of its population against Covid, the Transportation Security Administration has made face masks mandatory in airports and train stations till September 13. Violators could be fined as much as $1,500. Children up to two years of age people with certain disabilities have been exempted from the rule. The mandatory mask rule was set to expire on May 11
