DMRC's Magenta line about to set new record

The Magenta line, built 17 m below the ground level, at Janak Puri west metro station will set a new record of the highest elevated escalators in India with the height 15.6 m , which is equal to the height of a 5-storey building, followed by 11.6 m long escalators at Mumbai Airport’s Terminal 2 (the longest in India). Kashmiri gate metro station has longest elevators at present across DMRC.
