Coronavirus Outbreak: Ola, Uber suspend shared rides until further notice

Ride-hailing platforms, Ola and Uber have suspended shared rides temporarily in an effort to curb the spread of Coronavirus that has claimed over 11,000 lives so far globally. However, the companies said they will continue to provide micro, mini, rental and outstation services to their customers. Metro services in various cities will also remain closed tomorrow to support PM Modi's Janta Curfew initiative.
