Cathay Pacific in trouble again, sells premium tickets for only $1,512

For the second time in two weeks, HongKong based air carrier Cathay Pacific has made a "first class blunder", by offering premium tickets for first-class flights from Lisbon to Hong Kong, via a connecting flight through London with a partner airline, only for $1,512. A similar first class ticket would otherwise cost $16,000. The airline, which took 2 days to find the error, attributed it to "input issue".
