A British mountaineer, Robin Fisher, who recently died on Everest had warned of overcrowding at the summit in his last post to social media. He is the 8th person this year to die while climbing Mount Everest in Nepal. He died during his descent on Sat in the so-called 'death zone', where low oxygen levels combined with exhaustion & weakness, can prove fatal. Fisher died of what appears to be altitude sickness at 8600m.
