Boeing shareholders have filed a class action lawsuit against the company in Chicago federal court; accusing the company of hiding information on safety deficiencies in its 737 Max which led to 2 fatal crashes. The lawsuit says the company effectively put profitability & growth ahead of airplane safety & honesty, rushed the troubled plane to market leaving the extra/optional features designed to prevent the crashes.
