Aviation ministry extends upper and lower limits on domestic airfares till November 24

The Aviation Ministry has decided to extend the upper and lower limits on domestic airfares till November 24 in the view of the prevailing situation of novel coronavirus. The fares were capped from May 21 till August 24. The lower and the upper fare limits for the first band is Rs 2,000 and Rs 6,000, respectively. This is for the flights that are of less than 40 minutes duration. The domestic air services were resumed on May 25.
