All Railways divisions to have advanced simulators

With an estimated cost of Rs 350 crore, Indian Railways has decided to equip all its divisions with advanced simulators, under which 3D technology will be used to train loco pilots to improve their alertness and enhance safety in train operations. Loco pilots, who play role in train operations and safety, manages 12,000 electric and diesel locomotives. The provision of training was made under this year's Rail Budget.
