171 pilots caught drunk before taking off: Reports

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation in reply to an RTI revealed that 171 pilots were caught drunk before taking off, in India and abroad in the last 4 years. It shockingly revealed that 57 pilots were held at Delhi airport and 43 at Mumbai airport. Talking about outside India, 2 pilots were detected to be drunk at Dubai airport, 1 in 2016 and the other one in 2017 and 1 was caught at Sharjah Airport in 2015.
