Why Zuckerberg thinks Google is better than Apple?

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is not happy with Apple App store's policies. While comparing Google's Android and Apple's App store Zuckerberg said that android users can download apps from external sites and thus it gives developers who are not on the play store to reach the users, which is not the case with Apple's App Store. Zuckerberg called for scrutiny of Apple App store's policies to prevent it from becoming a monopoly.
