Xiaomi's founder receives a giant bonus reward of 735m Yuan in recognition of his 8 years of devotion to the company. The company intended to make share-based bonus to Lei, and the payment was confirmed in the company's annual report. In turn, Lei has promised to donate the amount to charity after tax deduction.
