Wuhan lab performs experiments on bats from COVID-19 caves: Report

Wuhan Institute of Virology faces intense scrutiny from the global community over coronavirus pandemic as it has been carrying out research on bats from the cave which seems to be the source of COVID-19 outbreak. Experiments were undertaken on mammals captured over 1000 miles away in Yunnan & the researchers were granted USD 3.7 million by the NIH, US. They have traced the COVID-19 genome sequencing to those bats.
