The world's first Raspberry-picking robot 'Robocrop' attempts to harvest one of the fruits. After sizing it up for an age, the robot plucks the fruit with its gripping arm & deposits into the punnet. This whole process just takes about a minute for a single berry. Each robot can pick more than 25,000 raspberries a day, surpassing human workers who manage 15000 in an 8-hour shift. The robot went on trial in the UK.
