World's first 'fly and drive car' is ready for US debut in Miami. The Pioneer Personal Air Landing Vehicle (PAL-V) has a retractable overhead along with rear propellers and can fly at an altitude as high as 12,500 feet. Its automobile gasoline top speeds of 200 miles per hour on air and 100 mile per hour on the ground. The Dutch-made machine has been priced at $599,000. The first delivery is reported to be in 2021.
