Will take lesser time to improve Delhi's air quality, than Beijing: Prakash Javadekar

Union environment minister Prakash Javadekar said confidently that India will take less time than Beijing to improve air quality in Delhi. Beijing took 15 years to fight air pollution. He said a mass movement is needed to tackle air pollution & climate change. The minister highlighted that India's green cover is increasing and 5 times more trees have been planted in the capital city. He adds- we need a climate-smart economy.
