Apple has already released the newest iOS 13.4.1 which includes many fixes for bugs with smaller improvements to the operating system. But, from now on, the older iOS 13.4 will no longer be code-signed, which means users won’t be able to downgrade to it, including downloading it as well as installing it on iPhones. It routinely stops signing older code soon after the release of a new iOS built in Apple devices.
