US law firm files class-action against Salil Parekh for avoiding accounting scrutiny

A United States-based rights litigation firm, The Schall Law firm has filed a class-action against tech-giant Infosys for making "false" and "misleading" statements to the market. The firm accused the company's CEO Salil Parekh of avoiding standard reviews of mega deals to get rid of scrutiny, in the lawsuit. The Law firm also accused Infosys of using improper recognition of revenue to boost short-term profits.
