Twitter added more daily users in the first quarter as people looked for real-time information during the virus outbreak, a surge in growth that let Twitter serve up more digital ads. The social media giant had 166 million daily active users who were served ads, a 24% rise compared to 134 million in the same period last year. In the first quarter, which ended March 31, Twitter earned $808 million in revenue.
