Twitter India launches emoji to celebrate Tamil and Malayalam new year

Twitter India has launched new emoji to help users celebrate the Tamil (Puthandu) and Malayalam (Vishu) new year which will be on the 14th of April. The hashtags are available in English, Tamil and Malayalam, as stated by them in a tweet. The emoji represents people celebrating the festival by holding diyas. Twitter has previously released emojis on Diwali, Gurupurab, Ganesh chaturthi and Ambedkar jayanti.
