Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey is in mood of experimenting with the creation of universal basic income, that's why he has said he will donate $3 million to a group of US mayors who are favouring the experiment. The amount will go to the group of Mayors for a Guaranteed Income, a coalition of leaders from 16 cities who are in favor of universal basic income, regular payments to residents to fight the crisis.
