In what seems to be legal trouble, TikTok, the short-form video-sharing platform has been sued for wrongful death after two young girls killed themselves while trying to recreate the viral "blackout challenge" videos that they watched on the platform. According to a report in the Los Angeles Times, the two deceased girls have been identified as Lalani Erika Walton (8), and Arriani Jaileen Arroyo (9).
