TikTok issued ban on ‘misleading information’

TikTok, the popular video sharing app by ByteDance has recently imposed a ban on “misleading information” that could create harm and disruption among the users. They said that any misinformation that can cause harm to an individual’s health or wider safety will be ban on the platform from now on. Even though TikTok is a newcomer in the world of social media, it has already witnessed scrutiny from the U.S lawmakers.
