This is happening for the first time that cremated remains of 100 humans will be travelling into space and the credit goes to this start-up. Elysium Space is San Francisco-based, which said that families have paid them about $2,500 to have a sample of ashes of their loved ones being placed on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, which is expected to be launched into space on Dec 3. The remains will be of military veterans.
