Scientists found the lone star that managed to escape a supermassive black hole. They tracked down the star called S5-HVS1, which got kicked out of Sagittarius A*, which is a supermassive black hole hiding at the heart of the Milky Way. The supermassive black hole claims to be moving at a speed of 1,700 kilometers per second. The discovery was made during a project called the Southern Stellar Stream Spectroscopic Survey.
