Spin flight testing of HAL’s modified Intermediate Jet Trainer begins

In a major achievement for India’s indigenous military aviation technology, the state-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has started the spin flight testing of modified Intermediate Jet Trainer. The aircraft has already been tested for parameters like altitude, speed and load factor. The aircraft named HJT-36 will take the place of Kiran Jet trainer aircraft fleet. The jet has been integrated with bombs and drop tanks.
