Social media should block offensive contents globally: Delhi HC

During a court-hearing of a case filed by Baba Ramdev, Facebook had argued that blocking contents globally is against the principle of comity of courts. The Delhi High Court recently said that offensive content should be blocked globally so that no one can access it using VPN or other means. Google, FB, Twitter and YouTube are under scanner for partially blocking the contents and the single judge bench ruled against it.
