Sea level rising much faster than previously thought; may rise over a metre by 2100: Experts

As per survey, sea-level rise is pretty much faster than thought earlier. It is may exceed over 1 metre by the end of the century unless global emissions are reduced. Experts say coastal cities should prepare for an impact that may hit sooner than the UN predictions. It could also reach as high as 5 metres by 2300. If humanity wins in cutting CO2 & retaining temperature increase to 2C, then the sea-level rise can be managed to 0.5m.
