A skin patch, only 1.5cm squared in size, with tiny needles may now help treat patients with serious illness measuring antibiotic levels. Imperial College London researchers have developed unique tiny sensors that can accurately detect how much medicine is present in a patient's body. It helps doctors to figure out how well a patient with an infection is responding to treatment instead of waiting to see if it works.
