Russia has imposed an array of measures the coronavirus gaining a foothold in the nation like restrictions on flights to China, South Korea & to visa curbs for Iranian & Chinese citizens. Moscow authorities are rounding up stray animals, killing rats which animal rights campaigners have called cruel & scientifically groundless. Many people have been quarantined & raids have been carried out on potential carriers of virus.
