Reliance Jio launches a new AI-based Video Call Assistant (Bot) which is aimed to transform customer support and customer communication systems. Jio developed this in partnership with US-based company Radisys. This new launch will address customer pain points like endless call-hold music. The bot can listen to customer's queries & respond to them in an apt way. It will help businesses in a speedy & effortless resolution.
