As per a study, the record-breaking heatwave in the Siberian Arctic was made 600 times more likely by climate change. Study shows that such prolonged heat over the first 6 months of the year would have been almost impossible without the greenhouse gas emission effect from the industries. The study authors said that Siberian heat usually happens less than once in every 80,000 years without human interference.
