Pegasus breach: India rebuffs the claims of Whatsapp hack amid criticism

The whole world was taken by shock when it was revealed that a massive breach has been found in the Whatsapp security. India was also named amongst the victims of the security breach. The Indian government, however, has rejected all such claims. Information and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that these are attempts to malign the Indian government and India has asked Whatsapp for a detailed explanation.
