Panasonic, Tesla ending solar panels partnership

Although Japanese electronics maker Panasonic hasn’t yet made any official announcement speculation is rife it will soon end the partnership with Tesla for the production of solar panels including photovoltaic cells at a New York factory. Japanese media claims Panasonic is likely to withdraw from the solar cell partnership which started in 2016. However, it won’t stop making batteries for Tesla’s electric SUVs.
