Norway's leading mobile operator Telenor has partnered with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health to help in tracking the spread of coronavirus. Almost 80% of Norway’s data traffic is carried by Telenor. So, it can roughly spot the customers any time in a day. But, to assure individual privacy they only track groups of people more than 20, as it’s hard to chick on every person in groups greater than this size.
