No more peeling: Edible banana skins invented by Japanese farmers

Content HeadA Japanese farm has invented edible and digestible banana skin after a lot of research and following work. They have named it as Mongee bananas, which roughly translates as Incredible bananas. The skin is very thin and doesn’t have much texture in it, according to a tasting website. The banana has been produced only in small batches so far and they are planning to produce 10 times more bananas this year.
