The Competition Commission of India has expressed its concerns over the new privacy policy of Facebook-owned Whatsapp. The CCI said is the Delhi High Court that the new privacy policy of Whatsapp may lead to excessive data collection and “stalking” of consumers. "It appears to be concerned with the privacy issues of consumers,” Justice Navin Chawla said while referring to the order by Competition Commission.
