Bugs in Apple's iOS 13 make its parental controls useless. The restrictions designed to prevent kids from talking to strangers seems to be not working properly. Communications Limits, a parental control introduced this week via iOS 13.1.3, prevents unknown numbers from contacting a device. But if an unknown number texts the device first, users can directly add the number to address book bypassing the parental lock.
