New mobile Firefox browser focuses on speed and user privacy

Mozilla is rolling out a pilot test of its latest web browser, currently named Firefox Preview, which it assures to be twice as fast as the earlier versions of Firefox for Android. Backed by Firefox’s own mobile browser engine GeckoView, the pilot browser’s minimalist design comes with more privacy and security features to its mobile users. It blocks tracking by default and stops invasive advertisers early on.
