NASA to launch new mission to take first peek at Sun’s poles

NASA has joined hands with the European Space Agency and together they are going to launch a new spacecraft next month to take the first pictures of the Sun’s North and South poles. The spacecraft will utilize Venus’s and Earth’s gravity to pull itself out of the ecliptic plane. This is the first time, the scientists will be able to look down on the Sun from above. The poles are important to model the Sun more accurately.
