You may not have experienced a white Christmas this year, but NASA telescope spotted ‘cosmic snowflakes’ in space. The Spitzer Space Telescope took a stunning image of newborn stars lined in a pattern looks like a snowflake. Called ‘Snowflake Cluster’, these newborns are 100,000 years old and haven’t yet ‘crawled’ from where they originated. These stars now form a straight line but after maturity will drift away.
