Human Rights Watch has released a report saying that a growing number of countries have shown a desire for a new international treaty against fully autonomous weapons. Over 30 nations have shown a desire to explicitly ban fully autonomous weapons also called 'killer-robots'. In a report released on Monday, the New-York based nongovernmental organization, reviewed the policies of 97 countries on banning the robot.
