Mercedes-Benz redesigns its century-old hot rod

It was called the 'first modern car' when released back in 1902. Now, Mercedes-Benz has transformed the Simplex vehicle into a futuristic classic model. Called Vision Simplex, the new concept electric car pays tribute to its retro hot rod predecessor with the similar bucket-shaped body. The vehicle has a rose gold frame, two seats and a 3D display board which delivers information through messages and animations.
