Macbook users face continuous keyboard problems; Apple apologizes

A small number of Apple customers were experiencing reliability issues and failing keys when they used third-generation butterfly keyboard. Apple fixed the issues thrice, but again the keys became unusable on prior models. Apple's apology indicates that the problem still exists, but they are trying to display as if it's not a big deal. Soon they will have to make some design changes to live upto its reputation.
