'Keep trying, we too have failed': NASA's chief officer encourages India on Chandrayaan-2

NASA's chief innovation & tech officer Tom Soderstrom encouraged India for future space programmes. He said that failures must not deter the scientific community in India & that space missions are expected to fail. He told landing a rover is a very difficult thing. He believes the key for the scientific community is to share all the learning so that more people can participate in the endeavour to reach the next frontier in space.
