Industry said, Bengaluru IT firm got tangled unnecessarily in Boeing fiasco

Two Indian software services HCL Technologies and Cyient were blamed for a software glitch in the Boeing 737max aircraft that had been grounded after a couple of back to back tragic crashes. Indian IT industry has said that the 2 companies have been dragged unnecessarily in the fiasco as they were not involved in the design of the maneuvering characteristics and augmentation system that was responsible for the accidents.
