According to reports, India has progressed to 44th place in the globe in terms of digital competitiveness as the nation has improved in terms of understanding and future willingness to embrace and explore digital technologies. India grew from 48th in 2018 to 44th this year compared to the last year's ranking. The US has been listed as the most digitally efficient economy in the world led in second place by Singapore.
