Several inactive Twitter accounts are being hacked by Islamic State supporters to spread terrorist propaganda. It's easier to hack such accounts due to Twitter's 'lack of email confirmation' flaw. Hackers can simply create email accounts using the username of the dormant Twitter account to get access. The propaganda accounts, retaining bio and picture of the old users, posted videos asking Muslims to kill Christians.
