Beating China, India's ICF become the world's largest rail-car manufacturer

Indian Railways is all set to create a history. The oldest coach manufacturing unit of India, ICF in Chennai has witnessed a 40% growth in production with 2919 coaches in the first 11 months of 2018. China makes about 2000-2500 coaches/year. The ICF chief said-ICF has become the world's largest coach manufacturer beating China as they will soon cross the figure of 3200 coaches this year. ICF makes 50 different types of coaches.
