Ice Sheets are melting 6 times faster than usual, endangers 400 million lives by 2100

Global warming is affecting our environment in the most drastic way and the future will only make it difficult for us to survive. A recent study was conducted by researchers from 50 international organisations on ice sheets melted till now. As per the data, they found Antarctica and Greenland lost a whopping 6.4 million tonnes of ice between the year 1992 and 2017. This has resulted in sea levels to rise by 17.8mm.
